I&#039;m sure they would have tried something more diplomatic first and that this was their final gambit.

The real pity is that they should be making any efforts at all in this direction. Nobody can take Tibet away from Chinese control so why not just concentrate on building goodwill and improving human rights?</description>

		<description>Making a fuss out of nothing only further serves the agenda of the TGIE. Yes, this type of arrogant, stupid, shrewd,  crude and useless diplomacy must go if China expects to get anything done. Unfortunately, these days the average Chinese officials are not that smart.</description>
